We sell FPV drones, drone parts, batteries, electronics, and related accessories. These products are intended for experienced users and require technical knowledge to operate safely.

By using our website or purchasing our products, you represent that:

- You have the technical competence required to safely operate FPV equipment

- You will comply with all applicable local, state, federal, and international laws, including FAA regulations (where applicable)

3. Orders & Payment

- All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated

- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion

- Payment must be received in full before an order is processed

- We are not responsible for pricing, typographical, or inventory errors

If an order is canceled after payment, a refund will be issued according to our Return Policy.

4. Shipping

- Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed

- We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or customs

- Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping addresses are correct

6. Battery & Safety Disclaimer

FPV drones and accessories, especially LiPo batteries, can be dangerous if used improperly.

By purchasing from us, you acknowledge and agree that:

- We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse, modification, or improper handling

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

- GRK Design Group LLC DBA: AeroBat FPV shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages

- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim

10. Intellectual Property

11. Digital File Licenses (STL/3MF Files)

When you purchase or download any STL, 3MF, or other digital 3D model file from us, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use only. All digital files remain the intellectual property of GRK Design Group LLC DBA: AeroBat FPV. You may not resell, redistribute, share, upload, sublicense, or otherwise make these files available to any third party, whether for free or for commercial purposes. Any unauthorized distribution or commercial use of our digital files is strictly prohibited.

12. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

- Use our products or website for unlawful purposes

- Attempt to reverse-engineer or tamper with products

- Misrepresent yourself or engage in fraudulent activity
