Return Policy – FPV Drones & Accessories

Due to the nature of FPV drones and related equipment, we have specific return guidelines to ensure safety, product integrity, and compliance.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date for eligible items. To qualify for a return:

- Items must be unused and unflown

- All original packaging, manuals, parts, and accessories must be included

- Products must be in new, resalable condition

- Proof of purchase is required

- Any drone that has been powered on, activated, bound, flown, or modified is not eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

- FPV drones that have been flown, armed, activated, or modified

- Opened or used batteries

- Motors, propellers, ESCs, flight controllers, or electronics once installed or soldered

- Clearance or final sale items

- Custom-built or custom-configured drones

- Digital products or software licenses

DOA (Dead on Arrival) & Defective Items

If your drone or accessory arrives dead on arrival (DOA) or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or video evidence. We will assess the issue and offer a replacement, repair, or refund at our discretion.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 5–10 business days after inspection and approval.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

Exchanges are only available for defective or DOA items. We do not offer exchanges for compatibility issues or user error.

Shipping & Returns

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is DOA or shipped incorrectly.

We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service.

We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

Battery Safety Notice

For safety and regulatory reasons, LiPo batteries cannot be returned once opened or used. Please ensure compatibility before purchase.

Compatibility Responsibility

FPV equipment requires technical knowledge. Customers are responsible for confirming compatibility (voltage, protocols, connectors, firmware, etc.) before purchasing.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
